One section of Nottingham's Topography Test is premises and locations. The Council does not publish a list of the places it asks about, so we chose places a taxi passenger often asks for: hospitals, stations, courts, venues, sports grounds and hotels.

Every answer was checked on OpenStreetMap. These are our own practice questions, not the Council's.

Are these the places in the real test?

We do not know. The Council lists 'premises and locations' as a section but does not publish which places it uses. Learn the main places in the city, not just these.

Why is the Queen's Medical Centre not here?

Its map position covers a large site with several entrances, so we could not give one clear answer. Learn where its main entrances are from a map.
